Employment Discrimination

employment discrimination

Attorney Isaac Cordero has a strong passion for protecting El Pasoans whose rights have been violated by their employers. When Attorney Cordero first started practicing law, he dedicated his time and efforts to fighting for people illegally discriminated against by their employers. Now that he has his own law practice, fighting for employees who are discriminated against remains one of his top priorities.

Employment discrimination can result from a supervisor who simply wasn’t trained properly. In many cases, though, discrimination comes from a vindictive coworker or supervisor. Whatever the reason may be, employment discrimination should never be accepted. It is not only a serious violation of your rights, it is one of the most stressful experiences a person can face in their life.

Some of the most common forms of discrimination involve employees who have recently taken, or are on, medical leave. All too often, Attorney Cordero has seen employers disregard state and federal laws protecting a person’s job status.
